The US Department of Commerce has initiated the 13th administrative review of the antidumping order on corrosion-resistant carbon steel flat products from South Korea, covering three manufacturers and exporters: Dongbu Steel Co., Ltd., Hyundai HYSCO, and Union Steel Manufacturing Co., Ltd. Preliminary results show that these companies sold the subject merchandise at less than normal value during the review period from August 1, 2005, to July 31, 2006. The preliminary rescission of this review applies to Pohang Iron & Steel Company, Ltd. and Pohang Coated Steel Co., Ltd. due to petitioners' timely withdrawal of their review request.
