NMFS Extends Comment Period for Standardized Bycatch Reporting Methodology Omnibus Amendment

Summary

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has extended the public comment period for 4 days on the proposed rule to implement the Standardized Bycatch Reporting Methodology Omnibus Amendment (SBRM Amendment) to the Fishery Management Plans (FMPs) of the Northeast Region, developed by the Mid-Atlantic and New England Fishery Management Councils (Councils).
