The Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology is announcing the 20th meeting of the American Health Information Community Population Health and Clinical Care Connections Workgroup, in accordance with the Federal Advisory Committee Act. This meeting is part of the workgroup's efforts to connect population health and clinical care, a role previously held by the Biosurveillance Workgroup.
