The Caribbean Fishery Management Council is seeking public input on a proposed amendment to the Fishery Management Plan for the Spiny Lobster Fishery in Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, as well as the Gulf of Mexico and South Atlantic, which includes measures to implement a minimum import size on spiny lobster.
