NHTSA Publishes Analysis of ABS and URG Maintenance Costs for Heavy Tractors and Trailers
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has released a technical report detailing the estimated costs of repairing and maintaining Anti-Lock Brake Systems (ABS) and Underride Guards (URG) on heavy tractors and trailers, in compliance with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (FMVSS) 121 and 105, and FMVSS Nos. 223 and 224.
