NPRM Proposes Changes to Hybrid III Child Test Dummy Specifications

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has proposed two changes to its specifications for the Hybrid III six-year-old child test dummy, in response to a petition from Denton ATD and First Technology Safety Systems, to improve the dummy's durability and accuracy.
