The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed on a final rule to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation, clarifying the role of the Interagency Committee on Debarment and Suspension in cases where multiple agencies have an interest in debaring or suspending a contractor, as mandated by Section 873(a)(1) and (2) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2009.
