U.S. Department of State Submits Information Collection Requests for Diplomatic Security Forms

Summary

The Department of State has submitted two information collection requests to the Office of Management and Budget for approval, related to the notification of appointments of foreign diplomatic officers, career consular officers, and foreign government employees, as well as honorary consular officers, to the United States. The requests, which include forms DS-2003, DS-2004, and e-2003, will be reviewed by the Office of Management and Budget to determine if they meet the requirements of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
