US Department of Commerce Preliminarily Finds Dumping Margin on Certain Cut-to-Length Carbon Steel Plate from Romania

Summary

The US Department of Commerce has initiated an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on cut-to-length carbon steel plate from Romania, and has preliminarily determined that one Romanian producer, Mittal Steel Galati, S.A., has sold its products at less than normal value, resulting in a preliminary dumping margin. The review period was from August 1, 2004, to July 31, 2005, and the Department has decided to rescind the review for another company, Metalexportimport S.A.
