Commercial Quota for Massachusetts Summer Flounder Fishery Exhausted

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has announced that the commercial quota for summer flounder in Massachusetts has been fully harvested, and vessels with a permit for the summer flounder fishery are prohibited from landing the fish in the state for the remainder of 2006 unless additional quota becomes available through a transfer from another state.
