U.S. and Oman to Hold Environmental Meetings

Summary

The U.S. Department of State and the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative will co-host the first meeting of the U.S.-Oman Subcommittee on Environmental Affairs and the fourth meeting of the Joint Forum on Environmental Cooperation on February 19, 2024, in Muscat, Oman, to review implementation of the Environment Chapter of the U.S.-Oman Free Trade Agreement and assess cooperative environmental activities under the U.S.-Oman Memorandum of Understanding on Environmental Cooperation.
