Coast Guard Amends Special Local Regulation for Gasparilla Marine Parade

Summary

The U.S. Coast Guard is modifying a special local regulation for the Annual Gasparilla Marine Parade in Tampa, Florida, to change the event date from the first weekend in February to the last weekend in January. The changes aim to improve safety by restricting access to the parade staging area and creating a 50-foot safety zone around participating boats.
