FAA Revises Airworthiness Directive for Fokker Model F.28 Mark 0070 and 0100 Airplanes
Summary
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is revising an earlier notice of proposed rulemaking (NPRM) for an airworthiness directive (AD) that applies to certain Fokker Model F.28 Mark 0070 and 0100 airplanes, due to fatigue cracking of the sliding members in the main landing gear (MLG) that could lead to separation and reduced controllability upon landing.
