NHTSA Proposes to Rescind Windshield Zone Intrusion Standard
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has proposed to rescind Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) No. 219, 'Windshield Zone Intrusion,' citing that other safety standards now address the same need, rendering the standard unnecessary.
