Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards Fees Schedule Authorized by 49 U.S.C. 30141
The U.S. government proposes fees for Fiscal Year 2009 and until further notice for registering importers and importing motor vehicles not certified to meet Federal motor vehicle safety standards, as mandated by 49 U.S.C. 30141.
