NHTSA Postpones Testing Date for Child Restraint Systems
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has delayed the testing date for child restraint systems from August 1, 2008 to August 1, 2010, allowing manufacturers more time to test and the public to become familiar with the new Hybrid III dummy.
