NHTSA Proposes Amendments to Motorcycle Helmet Safety Standard

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) is proposing changes to the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) No. 218, Motorcycle Helmets, to improve enforcement of state helmet use laws and enhance helmet safety.
