The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) has waived the Nonmanufacturer Rule for small businesses that manufacture All Other Miscellaneous Electrical Equipment and Component Manufacturing products, allowing qualified regular dealers to supply these products on federal contracts set aside for small businesses, service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses, or the SBA's 8(a) Business Development Program.
