Silicomanganese From Brazil: Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review

Summary

The US Department of Commerce is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on silicomanganese from Brazil, manufactured and exported by RDM/CPFL, in response to a request from Eramet Marietta Inc. Preliminary results indicate that RDM/CPFL did not sell the subject merchandise at prices below normal value during the review period from December 1, 2003, to November 30, 2004. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.
