The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has determined that two parcels of public land in Custer County, Idaho, can be sold to Wayne and Melodie Baker without a competitive bidding process, at a price equal to or greater than their appraised fair market value, in accordance with the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976.
