NMFS Reallocates Pacific Cod in Bering Sea and Aleutian Islands Management Area

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is reallocating unused Pacific cod from vessels using trawl, pot, jig, and hook-and-line gear to catcher processor vessels using hook-and-line gear in the Bering Sea and Aleutian Islands Management Area (BSAI) to meet the 2005 total allowable catch (TAC) of Pacific cod.
