EPA Publishes Azinphos-methyl Ecological Risk Assessment Documents for Public Comment

Summary

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has made available its ecological risk assessment, grower impact assessments, and related documents for the pesticide azinphos-methyl, and is soliciting public comments on these documents for 60 days, as part of its reevaluation of the pesticide's remaining uses, in accordance with the Interim Reregistration Eligibility Decision (IRED) of 2001 and the May 2002 Memorandum of Agreement with azinphos-methyl technical registrants.
