Fuji Heavy Industries U.S.A., Inc. Granted Exemption for Subaru Impreza Vehicle Line

The U.S. agency has approved Subaru's petition to exempt the Impreza vehicle line from the vehicle theft prevention standard, deeming the proposed antitheft device as effective as parts-marking requirements in reducing theft.
