NHTSA Finalizes Rule to Address Motor Home and RV Trailer Overloading

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has finalized a rule requiring motor home and recreation vehicle trailer manufacturers to provide consumers with information about the vehicle's load carrying capacity, and to ensure that tire sizes match the information on the tire label, in an effort to prevent overloading and improve safety.
