EPA Announces Availability of Risk Assessments for Pesticide MCPA

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has made available risk assessments for 4-chloro-2-methylphenoxy acetic acid (MCPA), a pesticide subject to the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA), as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996 (FQPA).
