Bureau of Industry and Security Removes Five Entities from Unverified List

Summary

The Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) has removed five entities from the Unverified List, a list of persons in foreign countries who were parties to past export transactions where pre-license checks or post-shipment verifications could not be conducted due to reasons outside the control of the US Government, as described in guidance set forth in Supplement No. 3 to 15 CFR Part 732.
