Audi Cars Eligible for Importation into US Due to Safety Standards Exemptions

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has announced that certain 2000 Audi A8 and S8 passenger cars that do not meet all applicable Federal motor vehicle safety standards are eligible for importation into the United States. These vehicles are substantially similar to those originally manufactured for US sale and can be easily modified to comply with safety standards.
