Ferrari Nonconforming Cars Eligible for Importation into the US
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has announced that select 2002 Ferrari Spider and Coupe models manufactured between September 1, 2002, and December 31, 2002, that do not meet all applicable safety standards, are eligible for importation into the US due to their substantial similarity to US-certified models and ability to be modified to meet safety standards.
