Ferrari Nonconforming Cars Eligible for Importation into the US
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has announced that certain 2003 Ferrari Spider and Coupe models, which did not meet all US safety standards at the time of manufacture, can now be imported into the country due to their substantial similarity to US-certified versions and their ability to be modified to meet safety standards.
