Exemptions From Average Fuel Economy Standards; Passenger Automobile Average Fuel Economy Standards

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) proposes to grant Spyker Automobielen B.V. an exemption from the average fuel economy standard of 27.5 miles per gallon for model years 2006 and 2007, and establish lower alternative standards of 18.9 miles per gallon for those years.
