Insurer Reporting Requirements Rule Update

The final rule amends regulations on insurer reporting requirements, requiring passenger motor vehicle insurers to file reports on motor vehicle theft loss experiences, with the first reports due by October 25, 2006, and subsequent reports due annually thereafter.
