Saleen, Inc. Receives Partial Approval for Temporary Exemption from Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard

Saleen, Inc. has received a partial approval for a temporary exemption from certain provisions of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard No. 208, allowing the company to delay compliance with automatic restraint and advanced air bag requirements for its S7 model until August 31, 2007 and August 31, 2009, respectively.
