NHTSA Proposes Delay of Brake Hose Safety Standard

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) is proposing to delay the effective date of the final rule on brake hoses by one year, from December 20, 2006, to December 20, 2007, to give the industry more time to meet new requirements.
