NCUA Proposes Amendments to Federal Credit Union Rules for Underserved Areas

The National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) is issuing proposed amendments to its rules to ensure reliable and efficient service to federal credit union members in underserved areas, following recent litigation and experience addressing field of membership issues.
