NCUA Adopts Changes to Simplify Federal Credit Union Bylaws

The National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) is updating its Federal Credit Union (FCU) Bylaws to make them clearer and easier to understand, eliminating unnecessary provisions and adding staff commentary to frequently-asked questions. FCUs can choose to adopt the updated Bylaws in whole or in part, or retain their current version.
