NCUA Amends Field of Membership Rules for Underserved Areas

The National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) is revising its rules to limit the addition of underserved areas to multiple common-bond credit unions and update facility requirements for these areas, following a review of chartering policy and recent litigation in Utah.
