NCUA Clarifies Enforcement Authority in Share Insurance Appeals

The National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) is amending its rules to implement changes to the Federal Credit Union Act, as part of the Financial Services Regulatory Relief Act of 2006, to provide clarity on appeals, termination of insured status, and the effectiveness of NCUA Board orders.
