NMFS Issues Final Rule for Groundfish Fisheries of Alaska and Bering Sea

Summary

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has finalized a rule to implement revisions to the annual harvest specifications process for the groundfish fisheries of the Gulf of Alaska and the Bering Sea and Aleutian Islands Management Area, in accordance with Amendments 48/48 to the Fishery Management Plan (FMP) for Groundfish of the Gulf of Alaska and the Bering Sea and Aleutian Islands Management Area.
