NHTSA Extends Comment Period for Proposed Rulemaking on Occupant Crash Protection

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) is extending the comment period for its proposed rulemaking to amend the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) for occupant crash protection, allowing vehicle manufacturers more time to review technical reports and provide meaningful comments.
