Insurer Reporting Requirements: Passenger Motor Vehicle Insurers Must File Annual Reports

The final rule requires passenger motor vehicle insurers to file annual reports on their motor vehicle theft loss experiences, with the first reports due by October 25, 2005, and subsequent reports due on the same date every year thereafter.
