NHTSA Amends Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard for Motorcycle Controls and Displays

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has finalized a rule requiring the rear brake control on scooters without a clutch to be located on the left handlebar, as part of its efforts to improve motorcycle safety.
