NHTSA Updates List of Nonconforming Vehicles Eligible for Importation

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has revised its list of vehicles not originally manufactured to conform to Federal motor vehicle safety standards (FMVSS), adding those eligible for importation since October 1, 2004, and removing those over 25 years old.
