NCUA Amends Lending Rule to Clarify Conditions for Loans Secured by Mobile Homes and Manufactured Homes

The National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) is finalizing a rule amendment to clarify the conditions for loans secured by mobile homes, recreational vehicles, house trailers, and boats, as well as loans with partial government guarantees, insurance, or advance commitment to purchase a portion of a loan.
