NHTSA Extends Comment Period on Eligibility of Nonconforming Ferrari 360 Cars for Importation
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has extended the comment period on a petition to determine if 2002 Ferrari 360 Spider and Coupe models manufactured between September 1, 2002, and December 31, 2002, that do not meet all applicable safety standards can be imported into the US.
