NHTSA Proposes Amendments to Child Restraint Systems Recordkeeping Requirements

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) is proposing changes to the owner registration form for child restraint systems, aiming to increase online registration and recall notification, and to provide a U.S. phone number for consumers to register by phone.
