US Insurers Must File Reports on Motor Vehicle Theft Losses
The Federal Highway Administration has updated the reporting requirements for passenger motor vehicle insurers, mandating that those listed in Appendices A and C of 49 CFR Part 544 submit reports on their motor vehicle theft loss experiences by October 25, 2004, for the 2001 calendar year.
