NHTSA Extends Comment Period for Proposed Rulemaking on Seat Belt Assemblies

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has extended the comment period for its proposed rulemaking to amend the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) for seat belt assemblies, allowing manufacturers more time to prepare comments and conduct additional testing.
