NHTSA Delays Compliance Date for Glazing Materials Rule
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has delayed the compliance date for its final rule on glazing materials in vehicles, originally set for September 1, 2004, to give itself more time to respond to petitions for reconsideration, which was published in July 2003.
