NHTSA Terminates Rulemaking for Low Speed Vehicles

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has decided to terminate a rulemaking process for low speed vehicles (LSV) due to insufficient research and data on current safety equipment, allowing the agency to focus on future research as funding permits.
