US Government Opens Procurement to New European Communities Member States

Summary

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed on a final rule amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation to allow suppliers from the 10 new member states of the European Communities to participate in US Government procurement under the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement.
